Meditative Breathing uniquely blends breathing, guided meditation, physiologic awareness and spiritual principles to help you awaken and strengthen your experience to peace and love. I designed it as an outgrowth to my own pain. And now this practice serves to increasingly help me to tend to my garden of love in service to others.

Stress has run rampant in our modern day society and remains insidious in the manner in which it wreaks havoc on our health and well-being. Unlike the prehistoric days of obvious danger like encountering a sabre-toothed tiger, stress today is subtle like meeting deadlines, resolving conflicts, meeting sales numbers, and feeling appreciated.
Not surprisingly, high stress can be especially prevalent at the workplace for these two main reasons: the sheer amount of time that is spent there and the importance and value placed on identifying ourselves with the work we do and how well we do it.
Although stress is something that is impossible to get rid of completely, its harmful effects can be reduced tremendously through bringing awareness to it. This awareness can be cultivated in two ways—through breathing and through meditation.
I have designed a direct and simple process called Meditative Breathing. With deliberate and consistent practice over time, the benefits are invaluable to both the individual and the company.

This 60-minute Meditative Breathing class is designed for everyone who has ever needed “me” time and helps integrate deeper awareness, cognitive knowledge, and experiential understanding through guided breathing techniques and meditation. This integration creates more peace, joy, intuition, clarity, and wisdom through the reduction of stress and anxiety while promoting a better connection to positive energy.
This class provides an internal massage and cleanse of the body, mind, and spirit. A foundational breathing technique is first introduced, followed by varying enhancement techniques to deliver an experience of profound relaxation and increased awareness. The class ends with a guided meditation to deepen the inward journey back to health and well-being.
Both personal and corporate classes are available and can be customized for the individual or a corporation.
