Advanced Stress Reduction Program

This will be a one-on-one Advanced Meditative Breathing Stress Reduction Program. This program is a comprehensive program designed to cover mind, body, and soul alike. This program will also help you reduce stress and leave you feeling embodied with the qualities and values that you want to see in your life.
Our sessions can be done in person and/or virtually (thru video chat). This program requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. The program will be adapted according each individuals needs and circumstances. These are the general topics we will focus on:
1. Mental Awareness/Experiential Awareness /Spiritual Awareness
2. We will delve deep into areas of self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-care.
3. Together we will help you reduce stress with foundation tools and techniques, gain new insights/appreciation, promote clarity, change limiting beliefs, and transmute any stuck energies and emotions harbored in the body.
4. Calm, Engagement, Empowerment, Focus, and Healing with become the natural progression of our time together.
